Hair + Makeup Services

DEPOSITS 

- There is a non-refundable deposit of 30-50% of your total invoice to secure your booking with The Beauty Lineup. This will be quoted at the time of booking.
- Bookings are not secured until your deposit has been paid.
- In paying your deposit you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions found here: https://www.thebeautylineup.com.au/tcs
- Full payment of the remaining balance is to be made 1 week prior to your event date, unless otherwise specified
- Dates will not be held for more than 24 hours from when the quote is sent.  
- There is a minimum of 4 people per service for all mobile bookings.
- Deposits paid are deducted from the total of your invoice. 

BRIDE TRIALS 

- Trial prices are included in our Bridal Hair & Makeup Packages.
- If you cancel your package after your trial, you are liable to pay for this service. Cost for hair is $150 and cost for makeup is $150.
- Trials include one look only. If you change your mind you can book another appointment, which will be charged separately.

PAYMENTS

- All payments must be made via bank transfer to the nominated bank account which is located at the bottom of your  invoice. 
- Please use your INVOICE  NUMBER as your reference whenever you make a payment. 
- Full payment of your invoice is due 1 week prior to your booking
- The fees quoted do not include costs associated with any extra requirement/s that are not made known at the time of booking, including but not limited to; tattoo, bruise or vein coverage.

PARKING & TRAVEL

- Parking at the location of services being provided must be supplied or paid for by the client on top of travel fees. 
- The client is required to supply or pay for a park for each stylist who is providing a service.
- Toll fees will be included in your travel fees. 
- Parking for stylist’s must be on the premises, not selected car park locations within the area. 

​PUBLIC HOLIDAYS, EARLY MORNING STARTS AND MINIMUMS 

- All public holidays incur a 10% surcharge.
- Any bookings commencing prior to 6am QLD time will be charged $50 per hour, per stylist before the 6am curfew. 
- There is a minimum of 4 adults per service for all mobile bookings. (Flower girls are not included) 
- If you do not meet the minimum requirement it will be a $80 call out fee per stylist.

MAKEUP AND HAIR APPLICATIONS 

- 45mins -1 hour per service is allocated on the event day for hair and makeup. 
- For a more accurate run sheet for your event day please provide hair and makeup inspiration photos to account for any extra time that may be required.
- You can make small changes to your hair and makeup look on the day but if you completely change the look there will be an $80 charge. 
- No refunds will be made after services have been provided for any reason. 
- The Beauty Lineup will not be held liable for any damage to the hair or reaction to the skin from services provided.
- The Beauty Lineup has the right to decline services to anyone with a contagious illness.
- Stylists are allocated depending on availability, if you would like to request a certain stylist please include this in your enquiry
- If the artist you requested or booked is not available for any reason, The Beauty Lineup will endeavour to find a substitute to complete the booked services.

EQUIPMENT 

- No other person apart from The Beauty Lineup stylist is to touch any product or equipment unless advised by the stylist. 
- Please be aware of any children or pets near any hot tools or products, The Beauty Lineup will not be held responsible for any accidents or damage to products or equipment by the client, The client is liable to pay for any loss or damage.

PHOTOGRAPHY AND USE OF IMAGES: 

The client agrees that The Beauty Lineup may take and share photos and videos for promotional use and advertising purposes online and in printed material. The client further consents that their name and identity may be included therein or by descriptive text or commentary.

CANCELLATIONS

- No cancellations will be accepted after 60 days prior to the event date and the client is liable to pay 100% of the invoice.
- Numbers cannot be decreased within package numbers, once you have paid your deposit you must pay the full amount of the package. 
- If a lockdown occurs and your wedding can no longer take place due to government guidelines your remaining balance minus your non-refundable deposit will be credited to you for 12 months. 
- The client will forfeit their deposit if they decide to postpone due to border closures or restrictions not due to a government LOCKDOWN. This covers all admin work and loss of income.
- The Beauty Lineup does not take responsibility for cancelled bookings due to unforeseen circumstances, such as but not limited to; road closures, severe weather, pandemic.
