At The Beauty Lineup, we’re so fortunate to be part of love stories that are as unique as they are beautiful. One wedding that truly touched our hearts was the celebration of Maria and Paige—a day filled with love, emotion, and meaningful moments.
Maria and Paige’s wedding was nothing short of extraordinary. Maria, originally from Poland, faced the bittersweet reality of her family being unable to attend the ceremony. But in a moment that left everyone holding back tears, Paige’s Pop stepped in to walk Maria down the aisle. It was a gesture of love and unity that truly captured the spirit of their day. With so much family and friends travelling from all over Australia (and the world) to be there for their day!
Paige and Maria chose celebrate their wedding on the anniversary of their first meeting at Mardi Gras at the Bangarra Dance Theatre, located incredibly in the heart of Sydney with stunning backdrop of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
Adding to the day’s sentimentality, Maria wore her sister’s wedding dress. This beautiful choice not only honoured her family but also brought a sense of tradition and connection to her special day. Maria’s family did send her a touching video which surprised both Paige and Maria at their reception, filled with well wishes from family back home.
Ash had the privilege of styling Maria’s hair for their big day, ensuring her bridal look reflected her personality. From radiant, glowing makeup by her incredible Maid of Honour (Issa) to timeless hairstyles, Ash made sure all the bridesmaids felt confident and stunning as they celebrated the love of Maria and Paige.
