This policy lasts 14 days – if 14 days has lapsed we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

The Beauty Lineup may, at their sole discretion, provide a refund on the return of the product(s) within 14 days where the product packaging is unopened and remains in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause.

The Beauty Lineup will accept returns if a product is deemed faulty due to postage or manufacturing. Please email The Beauty Lineup at hello@thebeautylineup.com.au so that we can resolve any issues.

For health and safety reasons we are unable to accept returns on opened items.

Products on sale or promo items are final sale and will not be accepted as a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We recommend that you return the product (and they will need to be returned) via Registered Post. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. The Beauty Lineup will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.

For products deemed faulty or damaged:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
